Welcome to Freedom Home Services. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our services, memberships, website, and any related purchases from Freedom Home Services ("Freedom," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our services, joining a membership, or purchasing through our website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

Services

  • Scope: We provide HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and related home services as described on our website. Service descriptions are general; actual work will be agreed upon in estimates, service orders, or work authorizations.

  • Estimates & Authorization: Written or electronic estimates are provided on request. Work begins only after you accept the estimate or sign a work authorization, unless emergency service is required.

  • Access: You must provide safe and timely access to your property and necessary utilities. We are not responsible for delays or additional charges caused by restricted access, unsafe conditions, or missing permits.

    Memberships

  • Plans: Membership offerings include Freedom HomeGuard (Standard), Freedom HomeGuard for Heroes, Freedom Plumbing Protection, and Freedom Electrical Protection. Details of coverage, visit frequency, and discounts are described on membership materials and the website.

  • Fees & Billing: Membership fees are billed annually or monthly depending on the chosen plan. By enrolling you authorize recurring billing until you cancel.

  • Non‑Refundable: Membership fees are non‑refundable. If you cancel, benefits end immediately; payments already charged will not be refunded.

  • Cancellation: You may cancel at any time by contacting our customer service. Cancellation does not entitle you to refunds for fees already paid.

  • Eligibility (Heroes Plan): Hero pricing is available to eligible veterans, active military, first responders, teachers, nurses, and other qualifying professions. We may require proof of eligibility and reserve the right to verify and deny enrolment if documentation is not provided.

    Discounts & Promotions

  • Discounts: Member discounts and veteran/hero discounts apply only to eligible services and are not combinable unless explicitly stated. Discounts exclude taxes, permit fees, parts manufacturer warranties, and third-party charges.

  • Changes: We reserve the right to modify or end any promotion, discount, or membership benefit with notice.

    Payments & Financing

  • Payment Methods: We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods listed on our website. Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements are made in writing.

  • Financing: Financing options (e.g., through third‑party providers) are offered subject to the third party’s terms and qualification. Freedom does not guarantee approval.

  • Late or Returned Payments: Late or returned payments may incur additional fees and may result in suspension of membership benefits.

    Scheduling, Cancellations & Fees

  • Scheduling: Appointments are scheduled via phone or online booking. We will confirm appointment times and notify you of any changes.

  • Cancellation/Rescheduling: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule non‑emergency appointments. Short-notice cancellations or missed appointments may result in a cancellation or dispatch fee.

  • Emergency Service: Emergency visits may be subject to emergency or after‑hours fees unless covered by a membership plan that waives dispatch or after‑hours fees.

    Warranties & Repairs

  • Service Warranty: We warrant workmanship on qualifying services for the period stated on your invoice or work order. Manufacturer warranties apply to parts and are handled per the manufacturer’s terms.

  • Exclusions: Warranties do not cover damage from neglect, misuse, acts of God, improper homeowner repairs, non‑approved modifications, or conditions outside our scope.

  • Remedies: If a covered issue arises within the warranty period, contact us promptly. Our obligation is limited to repair or replacement of the defective workmanship or component.

    Liability & Indemnity

  • Limitations: Except where prohibited by law, Freedom’s liability for any claim arising from services, products, or membership shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the affected service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

  • Indemnity: You agree to indemnify and hold Freedom harmless from claims arising from your breach of these Terms, your negligence, or your intentional misconduct.

    Safety & Permits

  • Permits: Required permits are the responsibility of the homeowner unless otherwise agreed. We will notify you if permits are needed and may obtain them on your behalf for an additional fee if requested.

  • Safety: For safety and compliance, we may refuse work in unsafe or non‑code conditions until corrective measures are taken.

    Privacy & Data

  • Privacy: Our collection and use of personal data are governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services or website you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described there.

  • Communications: By providing contact information you consent to receive communications related to scheduling, billing, promotions, and service reminders. You may opt out of marketing communications.

    Community Giving & Donations

  • Giving Program: Freedom donates 5% of sales to our Community Outreach program. Contributions are determined from gross sales as described in our program guidelines. Details and supported causes are available at /community-outreach.

  • Changes: We may modify the giving program or its beneficiaries at our discretion and will post updates on our website.

    Intellectual Property

  • Content: All website content, logos, and materials are the property of Freedom or its licensors. You may not reproduce or use our materials without written permission.

  • Updates: We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after posting changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be posted on the site or notified to members when practical.

    Governing Law & Disputes
